About Dr. Pham
Sean Thang N. Pham, D.O.
Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Pham is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to helping patients improve their health, vitality, and long-term wellness through personalized care and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Following residency, he focused his clinical practice on occupational medicine while continuing to expand his expertise in preventive health, hormone optimization, and functional medicine. He completed specialized BHRT training through Worldlink, with a focus on individualized hormone evaluation and personalized treatment strategies.
He believes that achieving optimal health involves more than simply treating symptoms. It requires understanding each person's unique goals, lifestyle, and overall well-being. His approach is centered on partnering with patients to identify underlying concerns, build personalized treatment plans, and support healthier aging.
Through his practice, he provides bioidentical hormone optimization for patients experiencing hormone-related concerns — including menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, and PCOS. His goal is to help patients feel their best, improve quality of life, and take an active role in their long-term health.
He is committed to compassionate, individualized care — and to helping his patients achieve better health, balance, and longevity through evidence-informed medicine.
